Rita Williams is a married mother of four children and three grandchildren. She is the second of eight children who grew up in Sacramento, California, where faith helped her overcome her family's difficult background.
After retiring at 60, Rita decided to become a writer. Her first novel, An Angel for Amanda, was released on her 61st birthday. She has a background working in pro-life pregnancy centers and organizations, working with women in abusive and desperate situations — and she pours that experience into every story.
Now based in Sparks, Nevada, Rita continues writing stories that honor her strong Christian faith and inspire readers to find hope, healing, and redemption.
